They where very professional did not have an appointment but they took care of me right away. I got an oil change and they washed my car for free thanks Vandergriff Acura😊
I worked with JR an I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to get a car. yes I had a trade in but my credit its good at all. he took the time to work with me an get me an amazing deal on a 2017 Nissan Altima an its Nice!! I would refer anyone to JR he waa AMAZING an such a great guy an my son absolutely loved him just because he treated my son so well. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH JR AGAIN
We are thrilled with our experience at Vandergriff Acura! Hands down the best car buying experience we have had (and we have had quite a few)! Chris Snyder and Jon-Eric Boyd (JB) went above & beyond! JB is one of the nicest salesman I have ever met. He listened to us and continually went out of his way to help us out. The GM Chris did us a huge favor and really made the experience enjoyable. I will never buy anything but an Acura from Vandergriff Acura. They made a lasting impression and I love my new RDX!
after finding a vehicle and agreeing to buy the vehicle then spending a good amount of time at my credit union getting the paperwork ready and a check to buy it, I was told at the end of the day the car was sold and it was my fault for not using there financing, now I have to go back to my credit union and reverse the paperwork and lose money for financing fee. I won't contemplate ever dealing with this dealership, and certainly don't recommend them....

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership! I’m a happy owner of an MDX with very little miles on it. Michael Session and Asma made the process easy without having to go through the painful back and forth negotiating. I told them what i wanted and we made a great deal!
