Honesty and respectfully to customer.
Hate to be negative but had a bad experience today (4/26). I took the day off to have something installed, drop off was at 8:30am and told me it should take 2 hours. I went and ate came back and waited. Well around 130 I was told they didn’t drill the right spots on my rear bumper and that they would need to order me a new one. Service advisor was pretty laid back about the situation after me telling him I took off work to get this done, and how it’s an inconvenience for me to find time to bring it back.
