Service department is lacking. When we bought the car we were told we could get a lone car anytime we had work done if needed. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and a recall done and when I got to the dealership I was told the recall would take at least two hours and the oil change an hour and a half!! Loner cars were two weeks out!! Are you kidding me? My next car will be from Sewell for sure! They always had a car ready when needed! Hello Jiffy Lube for my next oil change! Geez!
RecommendedI cannot tell you enough how much I love Vandergriff Acura. It was an emotional thing for me to give up my 16 TLX for a new 19 TLX ASpec, but Vandergriff gave me a phenomenal deal. Another dealership offered me an insulting amount for my car, but Vgriff did so much for me. I'm not the easiest person to sell, but if you're hesitating, if you're on the fence, give them a shot! Worst case, you walk out, best case you have a new car and a great deal.
best team .always put the customer first
Been driving Mercedes for years and just recently got my very first Acura from this dealer. Turn out to be one of the best decision I made this year. Car is fantastic, way better than what I can imagine. The service here made me feel so welcome and all about me. KENNY took his time to explain every question that I had. The best thing? my sales man xvair were great got me a good car with great notes
This is the most frustrating experience I ever had with any dealership. The sales guys are manipulative ,they don’t respect the promises they made to customer within few minutes of agreement. I invested my time and energy based on many cycles of discussion and agreement with the sales person, which got invalidated by the dealership once I reached there to purchase. I don’t really know about Acura but I heard a lot people like
Do not buy from theses people. I spent $22000 on a 2015 CPO TLX in October. Within one month, I discovered that my windshield leaked during storms and both back tires leaked air. After spending $700 on 2 new tires and taking my car back 3 times to fix the windshield leak, the problem is unresolved. Yesterday they told me they found where it was leaking and that it would be $1300 to repair it. When I told them I didin't think I should pay for a new windshield, they told me that I bought the car "As is". So much for Certified ... read more
