Robert Fugate and Wesley Kammer completely mislead and misinformed us when we leased our MDX. Robert Fugate sold us on the vehicle using misleading and deceptive sales practices. We trusted what he was telling us. Never again Vandergriff ACURA!!!
I recently posted a review regarding an RDX purchase, and listed problems and issues I was experiencing. Shortly afterward I was contacted by Mr. John Ellis, the GM of Vandergriff, and we spoke for about 20 minutes about my vehicle issues. I felt that Mr. Ellis was genuinely concerned about the problems I experienced and he took the necessary steps to correct those issues. I am not hard to please at all. However, this service department is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with!
Set up car appointment, for warranty work, was told after dropping off the car that warranty didn't cover what was told to me that would be covered(only partial was covered under warranty). Then picked up my car and the partial that was told to me would be done, wasn't done. Car parts were still inside my car that I had to put back on the car from the work that was done.
