We recently bought a new Acura RDX from Vandergriff in Arlington. Max Coker was recommended as a very good sales person and boy were they right. The experience could not have been any better. Max was very knowledgable about the car , took the time to explain everything and and did so with NO pressure. Vandergriff Acura should be proud to have such a good sales person as Max Coker. I had an amazing experience at Vandergriff Acura! Max Coker had a great deal that he could have taken an aggressive sales approach with, but he understood that I just wasn't mentally ready to purchase! Because of that, I came back in and Max worked so hard, along with Burl Thomas and the rest of team, to get me a great car in my price range! I can't put into words how hard they worked and I am so grateful! They have made a loyal customer of me for life!
Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had!!! My salesman GARY VOGEL was GREAT!!! No pressure and he actually listened to what I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew a lot of technical information. He was very patient and took his time, answered all my questions and worked hard to find just what I wanted. Others at the dealership were very helpful too, especially two of the managers, Scott and Wes. Be sure to ask for GARY for a terrific car buying experience!
