Quick and professional! Service advisor Andrew S. was professional and courteous when in for routine oil change. Very short wait and kept informed of when vehicle would be done!
I finally had a good experience at a dealership. I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday and prepared to be there all day. My simple request and maintenance visit was treated as just that. Hospitality and professionalism was maintained even though I could tell they were extremely busy that day. I appreciate Andrew Shannon giving me the greeting and positive experience I no longer felt existed at dealerships!!
A very reputable company to my own assessment before I went into business with them, poor customer services , failed to fulfill their promise to fix scratches on my windshield , were very good until I signed the whole papers and drove the car home, that was when my ordeal started, the manager told me that they care much about the money they will lose if they replace my cracked windshield screen, all my pleadings and constant phone calls didn't change their mind, they simply told me that the car belonged to me now and there's... read more
