Awesome car buying experience! I met with Andy Johnson (new car sales) about 6 months prior and although I walked out without a vehicle at the time, he continued to stay in touch here and there. We just bought a Certified 2015 MDX sh-awd Advance from Vandergriff. Our salesman was Kyle Hudson. Kyle was AMAZING from the test drive through the entire negotiation and purchase process. This was my first experience with Vandergriff and it was a pleasure doing business with a really Professional organization.
I want to say that the staff at Vandergriff Acura did and awesome job with my recent purchase. I worked with Jimmy McEwan who was totally professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. I would recomend if your looking to make a purchase soon do it with the folks at Vandergriff Acura and ask for Jimmy!!
Right now this service sucks I just don't understand that when I call two days in a row and leave messages for two different service advisors how it's been a week and still no return call. Then I send an email to the GM and he hasn't even responded.
I drove about 3 hours just to do business with this dealership. I had been communicating with Edna before traveling; and she assured me she would take care of me, and she did! I recommend Vandergriff and Edna to anyone looking to buy an Acura!
