Everyone was so nice and helpful! I went to a couple of other dealerships before stopping at Vandergriff Acura in Arlington and I am so glad I did! This company is horrible they low ball you on your trade ins the sales team is rude and they over charge for the cars.This company is more expensive than anywhere else.

Dishonest! They majorly low-balled me on purchasing my one year old Acura RDX. It is in perfect condition. The manager of used cars was not honest. I had done my homework and knew they could sell my car for around $37K. He offered $28K. He gave me a song and dance about not getting enough buyers. Bill Utter Ford in Denton was much higher- the best price the first time. This was my second Acura. I won't go back to Vandergriff.
I love this dealership! This was the best car buying experience ever! Chris (mgr), Brian S (salesman), Steve (service dept), and my finance guy at Vandergriff were extremely patient with me. They went well above expectations to ensure I was satisfied. They were all quick to respond to my messages for questions and help, yet nobody was ever pushy or made me feel uncomfortable. I will definitely recommend Vandergriff Acura to anyone looking for a new car!
