We love this place. Salesman Tom is super nice and patient with us. He send us pictures of the SUV we were interested in before we showed up. Wes and Tom offered us a great deal. We’ve been buying cars from this place for over 10 years. In fact the original manager Steve made a great first impression. He’s now working at Vandergriff Honda. What he didn’t know is that we had just left another Acura dealership. And they were terrible. If looking for a great place. You can’t go wrong with Tom & Wes.

Came in and worked with Austin Doyle at Hiley Acura which was a horrible working environment place and horrible in general (go to Vandergriff Acura #1 Selling Acura dealership in DFW metroplex), but I kept my promise to Austin that he would sell my girlfriend her car so we came in today she picked one out she liked and boom he took care of us and made sure we got a good deal and “Hiley” recommend him to anyone needed to purchase a car amazing salesman and very understanding guy. Brian (salesman) and Patrick (New Car Manager) did it again. They got me a great deal on a 2020 MDX this is my fourth purchase with them. They’ve practically became family. I was able to get all of the numbers worked out before arriving at the dealership. The car was ready, gassed up I pretty much just threw my keys to Brian signed my paperwork and I was on my way. The service department is always phenomenal I literally drive 45 minutes for maintenance. They do it the right way at Vandergriff Acura.

Nice atmosphere and I like how they work for the customer my salesman told me several times he wanted my business and it seems to be the norm throughout the entire dealership. They practiced social distancing and were very polite. Thai Nguyen is very kind and patient I’d recommend anyone to go to him he treats his customers as if they are the only ones in the dealership.
