Mike Lounge in Arlington Texas is horrible He had me and my daughter in their for hours he promised us that she will leave with a car and he lied ! He is unprofessional and rude she did not leave with anything then when I called to speak with his manger the company transferred me to The same guy and he pretended as if he was his manager. Very bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone

They called me left me a voicemail and texted me to comeback to close a deal and when we both agreed with price 1 minute later texted that car was sold to someone else!?! What a professionalisms on seller and manager!! At the end glad that I did not do business with this type of dealership! Can’t imagine what else they can come up with after....
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership. The vehicle was in great condition! There was a minor issue and after calling and explaining the issue, Vandergriff Acura took care of it for us, no problem!!! The customer relations manager, Brittany Castleberry, went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.
