We purchased a car that were we're told was certified pre owned. When taking it to get serviced we were then told it was not. My husband has been trying to get answers on the issue for a month now. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WILL CALL BACK OR EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE NOW AS OF Today. All of our documents show the veh was certified pre owned but vandergriff refuses to correct this and make it right. RecommendedThe car buying process is easy and fast. The service is great and will keep you up to date on what’s going on. But when you buy a certified pre owned car and have questions about a recent visit, just be ready to be transferred a couple times and still don’t have answers. I’ve called a couple times, and now I’m going on 2 weeks waiting for a call back.
The service at Vandergriff Acura was great from all service members. The sales associate in particular who stood out with exceptional service was Amanda Lewis! Amanda took her time and insured that we left satisfied. She had a great personality and passion for her job. She answered all of our questions and did not in any way make us feel rushed. Amanda made it a fantastic experience at Vandergriff Acura!
I definitely would recommend this dealership I've already purchased 2 cars from them and the experience was quick seamless and fun!!! I love my new Acura and I can't wait for my next new car!!! Thanks especially to Mucio for providing exceptional customer service!!!!
Wrong made right.. Vandergriff Acura went out of their way to fix a problem - I drove to Arlington from Frisco to view a car. When I arrived, the vehicle was reportedly sold. To correct the inconvenience of driving over an hour, Kyle drove a car to Frisco for me to view. They next day, I drove to Arlington and they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I had the worst experience ever and will never recommend anyone there. The only nice salesman there was a guy name Femi Meadows. Other than that, their customer service was trash and very unorganized. 👎

They truly made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish, and even put some extra work into making sure I received exactly what I wanted. Benny Allen was impeccable with his service. Although I didn't end up getting a purchase, the sales rep, Amanda, who I worked with was very accommodating, forthcoming, and very easy to work with. If all the staff is like her, it's no wonder why this dealership continues to sell well in the great state of Texas.
