ILKB is the best kickboxing club ever! I love all the instructors, the members are all friendly! Everyone is encouraging and the results are fantastic! i have been attended with my pops for nearly a year and we do not plan on stopping! ILKB bayside is where its at!

This place is amazing! It is clean, the setup is perfect, and the instructors are incredible at what they do, and they make sure you truly challenge yourself while remaining encouraging. If you want to gain muscle and get into the best shape you have ever been in, definitely stop in and try their 3 class special. It even comes with a free pair of awesome gloves!!

I've been a member of many gyms and done many types of workouts in the past 10 years, and iLoveKickboxing Lakewood is by far my favorite.
