IloveKickboxing is one of the best workout that you can do A LOT in an hour. The sweat I get now compare to other classes I attended before is Nothing to this!!! The Staff at Pacifica Ca are friendly and always pushes you to do a great workout. The Cleanliness, the vibe and everyone’s smile after a hard workout will be the Best feeling ever! every punch, kicks, squats, pushups ARE Worth IT!

A great workout for all levels! The location in Pacifica, CA is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been struggling to find sport that I can actually enjoy. Nothing I tried in past made me feel really motivated or help me achieve my fitness goals. I have been looking for a way to workout but also enjoying it. ILoveKickboxing.com is providing me everything that I have been looking for. It's a great workout, the instructors are awesome, pushing you to do better each time and congratulate you after the workout. They are also very knowledgeable and teach you and correct your punches and kicks. I feel energized and great after each workout.

I would recommend this program for anyone who needs a more intimate feel to their workout routine because the small class sizes make the members feel like a little family while completing classes, and the trainers care to get to know you. Also, the workout is both fun and difficult, which is the perfect blend to stay focused and see results.

I am a beginner to the whole working out lifestyle. This place is great! They have small classes that change so you dont always just repeat the same thing. They keep classes fun and upbeat. I have had many different trainers for the classes and they all have been great! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone no matter their level of fitness.

It has been many years since I last went to a kickboxing class. I am so happy that I walked into this location. The instructors are very friendly. This studio is not about walking in and wailing on a bag. You have cardio and conditioning (a necessary "evil" to get healthy and be able to properly workout). Thre are six bag rounds and the instructors care about teaching you the proper technique and making sure you know the sequence of punches and kicks for each round.
