took my car to Phil long on 23 Feb , for the 3 rd time for the same problem, first time the Transmission broke at 38 000 miles talk about mad, i had no car for about 3 weeks.
then i drove to pueblo under my car it sound like a machine gone going off, took the car right back, took 2 weeks to get fixed.
then on 23 Feb took it back the same darn thing was going on advisor told me might need a new cover for Transmission .so I though it might take a while to order. after 3 1/2 week i called to fine out what the hell is going on.
Advisor from Phil long at Motor city drive Mark Britland. did not even call me back, today i called again and this man had the nerve to say you car was one the same day, i called , well you called a number that was not ours, my car was a marked business car, the right number they did have to to darn lazy to do go the extra step and call the other number or the Business.. we bought 3 car there i don't think i will get any more. if you keep a car in front of the business where you see it every day and don't. call the other number on file that is pretty bad.
I am not happy about the service don't know how you can make me happy again
