In person the service is really good, but if you have to make a phone call for any appointment or questions I'd say it is terrible!!

Wonderful nurses, doctors, volunteers. Doctor reyes is a wonderful doctor. She does amazing job helping her patients.
The staff here are very helpful. These people actually like their jobs and helping people get better.the nurses are Always checking in on you. The doctors are very informative on what's going on with you're situation and let you know about different alternatives. I would of gave 5 but the first admitting person wasn't helpful but all the others are great.

After my son had a bicycle accident, we were directed to go to VHC Downtown. We were greeted and welcomed as we walked towards to reception desk. The triage nurse was very kind and Dr. Berkenbile put some stitches in my sons elbow. He made my son feel very comfortable. Thank you for your excellent care today.
My family and I have always been treated with care and respect.Whether it was to treat me during both of my pregnancies or when my husband was diagnosed with gout or even when my 4year old daughter was biten by a stray dog ,every single time everyone who works there are super nice and helpful. Checking in ,checking out ,in the laboratory ,pharmacy you name it ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP
