The last time my mom has the same illness she was at Stanford and you can't go wrong with that hospital. One of the best in the country. This is the first time she's been to Santa Clara valley medical and and she's being treated with the same skill as in Stanford. Thank you
IF I can I will give zero stars to my nurse. So unprofessional. It took her forever to help me with the discharge papers. My family and I didn't leave the hospital until after 10pm. The person who bring me out of the hospital with the wheel chair just drop me off at a random spot made me walk to my car in the rain. The only thing he said to us was "our policy is to drop off the patient at the main building". I'm still here at the hospital been here since tuesday afternoon before that two weeks ago I stayed almost a week when I leave this time I hope I won't be back for a long time and everything stays fine no more surprises

My first experience with SCVMC was 5+ years ago, and at that time it pretty much matched up with expectations of "a County Hospital". Having long wait times, and seemingly few smiles on staff faces.
