Best medical care. Everyone from the custodial to the surgeon's were pleasant!! Always trying to make sure you are comfortable! My father retired after 45 years of working in a hospital. Even he said they have the best care! Everyone I dealt with were pleasant and accommodating. This was my first time to ever have to stay in a hospital. ( heart surgery ) Could not have been more pleasant! Can not say enough about the care they give!
On Monday the June 25,/2015 my dad was transferred by ambulance to valley medical with suspected heart failure. Reasoning was valley medical has a cardio department to treat him. He was never seen by the cardio department, they would not give his daily prescribed meds, he complained he could after 30 minutes or longer comparing he could not breath they gave him a breathing treatment. One attending in ER is unacceptable. Putting patients in a room and forgetting about them is not patient "care".
Passionate nurses, dedicated physicians and therapists who go above and beyond to provide one of a kind exceptional individualized patient care.
They are abusive in addition to incompetent. You have choices - for an emergency go to O`Connor - it`s a mile away.

I went in to have a vbac. 10 days past due I got my vbac. The staff were incredibly supportive, kind and professional. It isn't the most utd facility looks wise but the staff more than make up for the superficial short comings. It's been several years now and I don't know the names of the L&D staff but I'd like to thank them all, you gave me something all other doctors and hospitals refused, treated me gently and gave my daughter and I the beginning to her life I had dreamed of. So thank you!!
