Went there last night at 10 pm and the er help was so rude and and very insensitive to people.... not to mention I had over a 3 hour wait as well the lady was an islander lady that helped me at the window she asked me for my mother's maiden name I told her it wasn't necessary she had the nerve to tell me I didn't need to have an attitude with her��������� I told her it seems like she's the only one with the attitude... where did they hire the front desk help from?????? Smh
WE HAVE BEEN VISITING VMC TRAMA UNIT SINCE 2/1/17 .MY BROTHER BROKE HIS NECK AND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY AND ALL THE DR'S HAVE BEEN GREAT...THE NURSES ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND CARING AND HAVE MADE MY BROTHER TRAGEDY EASIER..VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THANK YOU VMC... FROM MY FAMILY AND I ♡
My mom had a stroke 1-25-17 and was sent here because Vallejo did not have beds available, the staff here is amazing the RN's without fail help their techs and no job is beneath them, that's rare among nurses today! The only hang up is getting bathroom assistance in a timely manner other than that it's a great place to receive therapy!!!
Excellent trauma services, OB/GYN, women's healthcare and PM&R.
Interesting mix of new and old facilities... but be sure to bring your walking shoes, it is sprawling!!

Waited 3 hours for my 4 year old to be seen for a high fever and vomiting. The doctor didn't check his temp but insisted he had no fever even tough he was beat red and sweaty. She fed him a cracker and sent him home. They told us to see his pediatrician next day like it wasn't their problem.
