They keep saying this is the best trauma center of the best doctors , that may be true but as far as their bedside manners two patients this hospital has a long way to go . They need to understand that the patients are still have dignity and should be treated as a person that still has feelings and not just a Guinea pig for their training.
I heard so many horror stories about this emergency room..... my 9yr old was in a room with an IV in 2 hours waiting for her bed upstairs. We are very thankful

The lady did an excellent job drawing my blood. it was much better than the vietnamese male blood drawer once that actually didn't even put a cotton ball on my arm after blood removal for the blood test and let the blood practically drip down my arm or form a puddle on my arm. I decided not to sue that person, because I was nice, but she was an excellent and seasoned blood drawer who usually is the one drawing all people's blood in the mornings. Kudos to her and other good blood drawers.
