They took care of me from the beginning of my pregnancy with our first born Zabela. I stayed here for over a month before my delivery, they really provided me quality service. Nurses at MICC and L&D became my friends. They helped me to become strong. After my delivery, my baby was sent to NICU for another month and they took care of her really well, made sure that she is always okay and fed. 3 months later, she was diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s and the pediatric team did really well of making her a happy baby! The hospital doors are open to anyone. This hospital offers services and specialties that other facilities don't. When all other hospitals fall short- this is the hospital that all other hospitals will refer you to in Santa Clara County. This hospital is the designated hospital to be prepared to handle all of the 'weird' stuff...so that means that they have to be on top of their game. Staff is great! Difficult to get into the system, long waits but great care once you're in.
