All of the staff here are very kind, always happy and smiling. Doctors and nurses here are very caring! If you have an appointment, they will call and email you for a reminder. � I really love this place!
Wow... what a great hospital and staff. They do amazing work from the ER staff to the PCU staff to the steady hand of a wonderful surgeon and gang to the TICU staff everyone here truly and genuinely care for their patients and loved ones. Hello Dr. Ong, Please pass on to the wonderful and caring staff at your clinic a Big Thank You for helping me today. I made an appt. to get the prednisone started and before i got in I became very faint and passed out. I held on for a while with my head between my knees but everytime I sat up I started seeing stars then the feeling of passing out, i told the nurse that i think i was going to pass out and the staff dropped what they were doing and rushed in to revive me with juice and water. better now Better Steve T.
Valley Medical Pharmacy needs better staffing and they need to respect patients with health problems they have treated me bad for the last time then wanted to call security like I was the bad one. I would like to thank you the VMC ED team for always using evidence based medicine. As a former Kaiser patient who has showed up and just been given antibiotics and blindly shuffled out the door with a wrong diagnoisis based on demographics rather than objetive data; I appreciate the time after what was a long wait because appropriate data was gathered while I was in express care via a CT and blood tests to help diagnose my throat issue and send me home with a more appropriate treatment.
