Hello Dr. Ong, Please pass on to the wonderful and caring staff at your clinic a Big Thank You for helping me today. I made an appt. to get the prednisone started and before i got in I became very faint and passed out. I held on for a while with my head between my knees but everytime I sat up I started seeing stars then the feeling of passing out, i told the nurse that i think i was going to pass out and the staff dropped what they were doing and rushed in to revive me with juice and water. better now Better Steve T.

Is it innovative to send a 2-year-old home with 105° temperature? Brain damage, seizure, death could result from this high of a temperature, especially for a two-year-old. Get back to the basics.

Rebecca Helen Wersan, PA who saw me on Sunday took an x-ray but said I had Sciatica, or Dr. James John Suel who attended to me Tuesday can approve the 5 pills pain meds I need just to get me to Monday Morning when I see my Dr. without having to take up a day of the ER's resources which I would spend in pain, ignored. They took care of me from the beginning of my pregnancy with our first born Zabela. I stayed here for over a month before my delivery, they really provided me quality service. Nurses at MICC and L&D became my friends. They helped me to become strong. After my delivery, my baby was sent to NICU for another month and they took care of her really well, made sure that she is always okay and fed. 3 months later, she was diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s and the pediatric team did really well of making her a happy baby! The hospital doors are open to anyone. This hospital offers services and specialties that other facilities don't. When all other hospitals fall short- this is the hospital that all other hospitals will refer you to in Santa Clara County. This hospital is the designated hospital to be prepared to handle all of the 'weird' stuff...so that means that they have to be on top of their game. Staff is great! Difficult to get into the system, long waits but great care once you're in.
