I really regret Going to Valley medical, the emergency wait is more than 3 hours and 40 minutes this is ridiculous!!!! They should improve their waiting time! My daughter was suffering By waiting, and they should prioritize baby’s at all times !!!!
I saw a guy injured his left leg without giving him a wheelchair so he had to jump up and down at hospital. I got a bad cough but nobody asked me if I need medicine to stop it. When I asked window, their faces like zombies were telling you: please wait ...I am busy...I do not care about you no matter how sick you are. The rooms were mess and dirty.
The ER and urgent care suck. There's no point in going your better off dying on the street than trying to get help from them.

The staff at VMC allowed my sister-in-law to die under their care unnecessarily. SOMEONE messed up BIG TIME. She had "routine" gallbladder surgery, and family was told she'd recover fine...then all of a sudden, she died...I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE. THEY KILL PEOPLE..... because, if you don't have enough money, your life isn't worth their time/concern.
Dr Hughes back class is wonderful, so is the staff!!!! I wish we could have it year round! Dr Hughes actually listens & is a big help. I’m going through multiple issues & things have been VERY hard!!!! Getting appointments has been very difficult My health care on line is difficult to navigate through finding things like x-rays and comparing labs and stuff is very hard! Front desk staff is great!!
