I have a picc line. So convienent. And all my nurses are so nice.. Even got a couple hot guys too! �
I wish I could give negative stars. Besides not being able to get appointments in a timely manner, the outpatient pharmacy is filled with incompetent, incapable employees. My fiance was referred to dermatology for a non-healing wound last month and was told he couldn't be scheduled because they don't have an openings. A few weeks later we got a letter saying his appointment is in September! Lets just hope his damn leg doesn't fall off or he doesn't become septic before then. E.R. Was packed not enough seating especially for the elderly.. But the service was at a gd speed..and the staff was very kind..
This has been the best hospital experience I've ever had staff here are amazing. Thanks to Eddie, Peter, Tui, Irina, Julie and the whole staff at the 3 Surgical. Came in a mess physically, mentally and emotionally and will be leaving 100% better. Thank you for the absolutely wonderful care! ♡
And that's being generous. The only reason I'm giving Valley Medical ER any stars is because 0 stars was not an option. My 62 year old, diabetic Mother was seen in the ER last night for severe abdominal pain. After checking in at 3:15pm, she then waited approximately 9 hours to be seen. Around 12am my Mother was finally given a room where she waited approximately another 3 hours to be seen by a physician. I went to the ER because my normal dr stopped taking my insurance almost 2 months ago so I was off my meds and it was making me sick, I was seen right away and given the prescription I needed, fast and great service
