I can't describe the great around the clock care my son received. It's beyond words and frankly there's ain't enough thank you's to ever thank the burn unit staff at valley medical. Those 18 days my son, max was there were the craziest, nerve ranking and full of despair I've ever endure and don't want any parent to go through. To Valley Medical Center Let me tell you of the indignity I had to endure this weekend. I was escorted off the Valley Medical Center premises by security telling me I had no business being in the hospital. I consider VMC a sanctuary; a place to go on a cold day to warm up or on a hot day to cool off. Such was the case this weekend, the hottest temperatures we have had all summer. We wait it for 10hrs to been seen nurses where niece even one nurse give us a blanket it got really cold at nite and the waiting rom was so dirty the janitor was so rude she will mop and push you feet with the mop and she will told you to pick up your feet and keep them up because she was mopping n till the cop got there and star complain because cause some give sheets to people the nurse explain why and he was so rude with people and the nurse.
