They sent my wife home with a broken arm. Made NO attempt to set it, and told her it would be "angulated" but she wouldn't even notice. Now, she seems to have nerve damage, and has no feeling in her fingers.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would! I HATE this place! Unprofessional! Doctor's making fun of valley medical patients on social media. Horrible communication! I'm sitting here in orthopedic department and I've been waiting for over half an hour when I approach the front desk staff and she goes to the back and casually tells me it will be another 40 minutes! I have a second appointment today which I can't be late for in physical therapy. I let her know and she says "I can reschedule you", Im supposed to get a work rel... read more
The last time my mom has the same illness she was at Stanford and you can't go wrong with that hospital. One of the best in the country. This is the first time she's been to Santa Clara valley medical and and she's being treated with the same skill as in Stanford. Thank you
IF I can I will give zero stars to my nurse. So unprofessional. It took her forever to help me with the discharge papers. My family and I didn't leave the hospital until after 10pm. The person who bring me out of the hospital with the wheel chair just drop me off at a random spot made me walk to my car in the rain. The only thing he said to us was "our policy is to drop off the patient at the main building". I'm still here at the hospital been here since tuesday afternoon before that two weeks ago I stayed almost a week when I leave this time I hope I won't be back for a long time and everything stays fine no more surprises
My mother was admitted at 4th floor 4E059, nurses all wonderful people friendly and caring
