I was in valley health center - Tully Dental clinic today 06/26/2019. My Dr was Eric Johnson, DDS. I'm not happy with the Job done. Everything was disorganized, incomplete, and everything was in a rush. His Nurses were impolite, negative attitude and take it or leave it mentality. A lot of change and training is necessary. Overall, I am disatisfied.
Valley Dental Center at Tulley refuses to answer phone calls with no option to leave messages for them either!! My pharmacy has been trying for 2 days to change a prescription for antibiotics to no avail! And my dentist does NOT appear on the list of providers on myHealthOnline account that I could email his office! As if that was not painful enough, the phone number that is on his profile is disconnected!
RecommendedI’m serious when I say I miss being treated here. The OT, PT,ST,Nurses are the most incredible people I’ve ever met. Please know you are very fortunate to get treated here.

I love the way that everyone in the team extremely motivated on helping the patient and you guys love what you are doing. RecommendedThey take long time to take you in specially if you dont have insurance but least they will see you. the only thing you really need to have is patience to wait long hours no joke after that someone is going to come and talk you about how much you make and see if you qualified for a program if not them you going to paid the full bill when you get it on the mail. just don't be surprise.
