My Daughter and I come from Merced every other month to get her Infusions of PAM a medicine that she needs to help her to grow thicker bones due to her having OI which in short is brittle bone disease. My Daughter Havoc is 19 mos old and 18 pounds and 30 inches tall so smaller then most 19 month olds. She can break by just sitting so it is important to be very careful with her. Amazing, knowledgeable, talented wonderful surgeons.
Curious as to why I must have a local phone number to set up an appointment. We just moved to the area from out of state and I'm looking for a pediatrician for my children. When calling the 888 number I get disconnected because "You've dialed a number that is not available for your calling area." I called the 408 number on your "Contact Us" webpage and the operator advised me to call back from either a local pay phone or come in to the clinic and use a service phone from in the lobby. This place sucks! Been waiting an hour or more in the exam room and just saw the doctor go into the staff lounge with a box of food. If a doctor goes to lunch shouldn't another doctor full in for the next patient??? Horrible experience! And I'm in pain and just as hungry as that doctor

I can't believe how BAD there billing system is!!! Are you serious I've been dealing with bills left and right ever since I delivered there.. And I HAVE insurance. My hospital bills were supposed to be completely covered! Not only that I received charges for my sons 6 month well child check up.. But no bills for his 2, 4, 8, 10, or 12 month WCCS!!! Wth?! It's like after they receive their payments from the insurance company (in which they are in network with my Insurance company) they don't do the adjustments they're suppose... read more
