I was there last friday because my son broke his arm. All the doctors and nurses were very kind, they took care of my son very well.

The emergency room wait is insane
Your automated line is a complete failure. I've called three times today as a new patient and have been: #1. Transferred without a word from the operator, so I had no idea what they did. #2. and #3 Hung up on by the machine after waiting 15+minutes on hold. Please hire some educated human beings.
