I bought a 2003 Porsche Carrera coupe from client advisor Yliana Fetterolf. The car is in very good condition but the radio does not work. I was given a due bill to fix the radio and was referred to a sister Porsche dealer, Irvine Porsche who determined that the radio has internal failure and recommended replacement with a note that the radio is no longer available. I emailed Yliana about the findings last week but haven't heard from her.
My service advisor Jesse was awesome. I was in and out in minutes to drop off and pick up my car. Great customer service.

I drove to Valencia from Bakersfield to buy my new BMW X1. They found the car I wanted and made the purchase simple. I know that going through the new car purchase takes time so I was prepared. I was driving away in my new car in about 3 hours. Robert Grass was very knowledgeable and explained every detail to us and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this dealership.
