I have leased 4 cars from Valencia BMW since 2010. They make the process as easy as possible, and have always been able to find the car i want. Just got a new lease this week, and because I gave them 2 months notice, this car was custom ordered from the factory in SC exactly to my specifications. Thanks for being so customer oriented. And special thanks to Lynn Ruehman for outstanding customer service, and to Luis for delivering my car.
I had a recall from my car, it’s a 328I, they replace the PCV heater in a few hours. I was there for 20 minutes and they already had a shuttle to bring me back home. Then when the service was finish they pick me back up at my house and then I was able to get my car. I was very please with the manner they treated me. Due to the construction on their property the set up is a little different, but all is good and all is taken care of.Thank you Cole my Service advisor...

I brought the car in for some recall work. Darren told me of other problems and that they were partially covered by warranty. We went ahead and had them done and I felt much better about the condition of the car as he saved me a lot of money. Only problem was it took 90 minutes to find the key to my car after I paid. It's a bit chaotic there with the construction but they need a better accounting method for keys.
