The service experience once again did not go over well. The service advisor up and walked out on me, and I left without an oil change. Can’t wait for the lease to end so I can get back into a Lexus. If you do have a BMW get it serviced somewhere else. Over $700 for an oil change when I am suppose to have service appointments covered under the 50,000 mile plan and my car has 30,000. Talk about embarrassing experience.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday they never called me never told me what was wrong for over five days then they charged me over $1,000 for a fuse . I had a rental so that was ok . They refused to fix the problem that The US Court has ordered them to fix in a major class action. Will never use them again horrible service no communication just horrible

I brought my 428I in for an air conditioning problem. Chris was my advisor and he was friendly and efficient and helpful. The staff were all friendly and busy, and they got me logged in after about a 5 minute wait. The car was repaired and returned to me the same day, even though I had a 1:30pm show time. The building under construction is a bit chaotic for all, but the folks there seem to work well and keep a good attitude. Overall, it was a good experience for me.
