Love this place. Bob Rowland’s oversees maintenance for our to X6 50i’s. He knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and courteous. He always has a loaner ready for us and is prompt in letting us know our cars are ready. Always a wonderful experience!

I live 80 miles south in Orange County and I could easily get my BMW's elsewhere. However, Valencia BMW stands head and shoulders above all of their peers with their impeccable customer service and best-in-class pricing. There is simply no justification to buy or lease your BMW's anywhere else. The sales manager, Polo Lopez, makes you feel like you're dealing with family and you're pleasantly treated as a long-term client and not a one-time customer. I'm on my 3rd BMW from Valencia.
