My husband takes his car in for service and without fail it goes back for something else. The last service, we spent almost $5k and now it leaks a little oil, doesn't start immediately at certain times(it struggles to start) and it smells like it's overheating at times. They won't acknowledge the issues and we don't want to dump more money into it when they won't even fix it anyways. Go to the valley for service or find an independent shop, who would probably be cheaper than the dealership anyways.
Horrible service - they will charge you a fortune while smiling and thanking you. Spent a small fortune to keep my 2011 bmw 7 series serviced here and it barely starts. I truly hate this dealership and will never buy or recommend another bmw to anyone.
