went there on Sunday to look at a 535i. we were ignored by all salesmen and not offered help. we wandered the showroom looking for someone to sell us a car. no luck. we thought it might just be the busy weekend crowd. took off early Monday and went back to the dealership to try again. this time we could find nobody. nobody out on the lot , nobody in the showroom, not even someone sitting at the reception desk. after about 45 minutes of walking the lot and show room we decided to cut our losses and leave. will not go back. wa... read more

Overall great experience. Been going there for about 15 yrs now and have had no complaints until my last visit last weekend. Although minor, but I asked specifically to top off fluids especially the windshield washer because it was empty but this was not done.
Robert Grass and Nick gave us excellent service. This is the third car I have purchased at this location.

I've bought my last three cars from Valencia BMW and Robert Grass. They are flat out amazing. They are easy to do business with, have a huge inventory on hand and access to the inventory of about 5 other BMW stores owned by the group. Pricing is competitive, transparent and up front.
