I was sold a vehicle with non working tailights. I was driving with my children in the car for 10 days before getting pulled over and receiving a ticket. I took the car back where I was given a rental for a week because there was a backorder. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the dealer had replaced my non working factory lights with CHEAP AFTERMARKET parts because they said OEM was too expensive. RecommendedWe purchased our 4th BMW in February of this year. We brought our 2018 X5 in for service this week (our first service for this vehicle) and Robert Perez is our service guy. We dropped it off and he immediately called me to confirm the work we wanted done we arrived in the office. He called me again and advised that everything was done later the same day. My suggestion is to avoid this dealership - I am having a horrible experience after the sale due to their lack of professionalism.
