RecommendedI went for oil change and when they call me to sign the papers they tell me they need alignment And I was really surprised a brand new car only a couple months if they continue telling the people something they don’t really need next time I won’t buy for sure a BMW

Drove 2.5 hours from San Diego to look at a BMW truck. I and my two frat brothers were told that only one person could be in the vehicle. However, we video taped 4 people getting into a BMW car to go do a test drive. The perception is horrible. The Black customers being told NO, we can not ride along for the rest drive. But the non-Black customers being allowed to allowed to test drive with 4 people in the car. When I say “I know a Guy” @ Valencia BMW that guy would be Jesse Colon! My service consultant! He’s like a conductor in an orchestra. He handled my service with outstanding professionalism and in a timely manner. He knows his craft to perfection and can educate you on the processes that takes place for repairs. I’d suggest you ask for him if service, smile and a good laugh is needed for your visit!
