Made an appointment for Friday at 7 AM It was confirm. On Friday they decided to change it to 7:20 AM. I requested a loaner car. Got a loner. No gas, & smelt like cigars and cigarettes. I called Cris, The advisor that loan me the car and was taking care of my needs for my car. Never once did I hear back from him. Ya. Thank you Valencia BMW. It's only my 17 BMW I purchased!!

I bought an Audi just so I wouldnt have to deal with BMW again. I use to drive to Bakersfield or Van Nuys to avoid Valencia BMW. On my last visit my car was damaged while at the dealership. Glad to be done!

We purchased a CPO 2017 X5, they had cleaned it and put a very fragrant scent inside the car (think gas station scent). Also, there were large scratches on both bumpers, which they fixed for us, but this required us to take two trips from Central CA. They were generous and paid for our gas. Overall a good experience. We have purchased several BMW’s. This was a 4 star experience. The scent is still there. We are working on it as, we love the car.

I went for a recall correction , it was cold welcoming and process , the service person didn’t even talk to me when i was picking up the car , i asked for the battery cable to be tightened they said they battery is to small, okkk... anyway unless your paying $300 for an oil change and car wash dont expect much customer service ...
