Horrible Experience. Avoid at all costs. Leased a 2019 X5 which was delivered with a major flaw in control panel. Dealer replaced the parts impacted but in return scratched the leather trim on the dash. Took the car in to repair that and they returned the car with a damaged wood trim on the center console. The dealer refuses to deal with the damage now after escalating the horrible quality of service to BMW corporate. If you care about customer service and workmanship do not go to this dealership
