Recommended5 Stars I am a lifelong BMW fan/consumer however the last 5 - 7 years at Valencia BMW Service Department has been challenging. In fact the service was so bad I went to other BMW facilities 50 to 75 miles away. Note I only live 4 mikes away from the dealership.
