They struck out with an uncharacteristically poor service experience yesterday. Brought my 440i in for routine service, waited 5-10 minutes before the service rep met with me. When the service was completed, they called the wrong phone number to let me know it was ready and I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes to check on it. Then I stood outside for another 5-10 minutes before the cashier realized that the car had already been pulled around and brought my key to me. And for the final strike, the car hadn't been washed!

My BMW overheated twice on the grapevine on a Saturday. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. We contacted the nearest BMW dealer, which happened to be in Valencia. When I finally arrived, they were expecting me. Vanessa Chung met me with paperwork, water and a brand new loaner for the weekend while my car was being repaired. My son had a horrible experience at the local BMW dealership. Was charged to update the system. System is completely the same (still says 2013) and no changes what so ever. He called for days and left multiple messages (he couldn’t go because he works and goes to college so he has full days) he never got a call back. Finally he missed a class to go and the manager told him “nothing I can do it, the papers says something got updated, I am not sure what but something got updated”. We had great service from Jesse Colon. We are on a cross country road trip with not a lot of time. We were in and out in less than 4 hours. If we are ever in need will use Valencia BMW again.
My service rep was courteous and professional and they made the needed repairs in amazing time. I was expected to be without my car for two days and they repaired it in just a few hours.
