This place is absolute garbage. Don’t get me wrong, BMW is an amazing car brand, but some how BMW of Valencia used their magic to make us start regretting our choice of buying a BMW. I mean after you buy a car I would assume most people would want to take it home and enjoy it, but again BMW of Valencia is holding us back from doing that. I guess just simply cleaning the inside of the car is to much for this dealership to handle.

Liars, almost everything sucks about this dealership. Don't buy anything from these suckers
Customer service is pathetic! All the promises they made were not kept. I should have listened to friends and not gone to this dealership. The car wasn’t even washed when they gave it to me - the previous owners dirt, coffee stains, and god knows what else is still all over the car and they have the audacity to say it’s because of bad weather that it couldn’t be detailed. Buck is the man! We love him and highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to help us and that is why we have been their customer for over fifteen years. We even purchased my husband’s 2008 3500 Dodge Ram truck from them! We are currently on vehicle number 5 from Valencia BMW.
