I was about 100 miles from home when I had problems. Robert got me in within an hour and everything was taken care of promptly!!
Went today to get an oil change for my mini, hope the mini dealer opens up again... it was no fun and one the salesmen dude wasn't wearing a mask and saying good morning to the cashiers... I asked the advisor that I was interested in a new mini and she said the used cars are over there.... really ... never again
