RecommendedDarin Ellis was my service advisor yesterday. Since my warranty was about to expire, he made sure I got all the services and checks I needed. And, I left with an extended maintenance agreement so I can continue to use Valencia BMW for two more years. Darin did a great job!

RecommendedRobert was my service advisor and he was great. During a stressful time he provided options and solutions for me. He always kept me updated on the status of the repairs. My only complaint however is that they did a full car checkup and a ton of $$$ later and they didn’t top off my oil. So on my way home my warning pops up to add a quart.. :(
RecommendedI had been having problems with my '12 650 and through the help of Andy the service director and Cole my adviser they went the extra mile to sure up the problems. Just extra ordinary in these days and times when trying to get good service can be very difficult...A+
1st time using this location, Valencia BMW . The Service associate was very helpful and thorough. Our only complaint is after servicing my 2 Bmw’s simultaneously, they were not returned washed and cleaned like we are used to from Laurel BMW. We keep our cars really clean! They were obviously “ rinsed off, but not washed. We then also found food trash left inside of our X5 from the service repair techs lunch (I guess?) We don’t eat in our cars so it was a little disappointing to find a Frappuccino bottle and food rappers left... read more

RecommendedVanessa was my service advisor and was very helpful. Gave me a loaner which I did not need to return until the next day. Car was clean and ready when I got there. It was a great experience and I will use them again!
