This past Saturday (4/28/18), we stopped by Valencia BMW to look at a used Suburban. We took it for a test drive, and told the sales guy we still had a couple of more vehicles to check out before we made a decision. My husband called Sathy, our sales guy that same night (Saturday) and made an offer on the vehicle. He said he would call us back in the morning after speaking with his manager. I have purchased and leased 4 cars from Valencia BMW and they have made each transaction simple by going straight to their bottom line price. In and out quickly as time is money. I travel 35 miles to get their service in addition as the other BMW dealers near me are not as friendly nor as responsive to my issues.
The service department was awful. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment while other people walked in and got service. Additionally when I picked up my car after service I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to get my vehicle. The entire time no one retrieved it until the second time I asked at which point o was told to go get it myself? This was the worst service experience at any auto dealership in my life and I will not be returning. In fact, I’m unsure if I’ll even lease another bmw. Absolutely terrible.
Yliana is amazing. Bought a car remotely and got it shipped to east coast. Yliana took care of everything including the transportation, remote notary, and out of state car registration. Couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommended.

What a seamless car buying experience! I traded in my Tahoe and my husband and I bought 2 certified used BMW’s- simple process, easy to get through finance too.
