Everything was going great until I️ signed the dotted line and left the premises. I️ was told I️ was not responsible for fees on my last lease return. The sales manager Polo was who I️ was directed to speak to in order to finish the remaining lease balance. I️ called this dealership for 2 weeks. My fiancé had an oil change appointment at 9:30 a.m. for her 2016 X3. She is still waiting for it to be completed at 2:00 p.m. She was then asked if she could just pick it up tomorrow. I tried to share my concerns about the delay, but was told the Service Manager, Andy Cicero, took the day off. Kind of unfortunate, considering how poorly the place is being run. We won't be back.
My service experience started by having to wait 45 minutes even having set an appointment. Poor communication between the desk & advisor. I have had a park assist light that has been on for sometime. BMW’s explanation was that they have had “rodent” problems as well at their dealership and that “rodents “ crawl up into the cars and chew on the wires. Our car is parked in our garage every night? As soon as you sign the dotted line this dealer dont care anymore. I had a due bill on a new X5, after one month of ownership, they had the car almost 2 weeks of it and they are still not able to complete the due bill. I have been dealing with Polo Lopez who is general sales manager and at this point he is completely ignoring me, not what you expect from a management.
