I bought a BMW here and it was a horrible car buying experience. The sales managers made me feel unwelcome and like I was a burden. They said they weren't making any money on the deal but that does not excuse the poor customer service. They wouldn't even wash the car for me. They also committed fraud by saying they were going to place me with BMW Financial but they put me with another finance company instead. So it looks like they made money on the back and as well. Was not impressed. I put up with their lack of good customer service because I really wanted the preowned car. It wasn’t a bad experience, just nothing to write home about.
Received my first oil change on my 2017 3series. Uneventful visit...that’s a good thing!
I had a very positive experience when I bought my new car on 12/29/17. The sales person (Keanu) was very knowledgeable and professional. The finance manager was also very professional. I would recommend Valencia BMW to anyone considering a new or used car purchase.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! These people deserve a zero at most. They will tell you any lie they have to in order to get you to sign, and good luck getting a hold of anyone after the sale. Not only I am taking them to court for fraud and misrepresentation, I find out they have sold a car that was involved in an accident upon arrival at the docks as new. STAY AWAY!!!
If I could rate this dealership and Polo the sales manager less I would!
