I just had my right ankle replaced last Friday the 4th of May 2018. By the very best ankle surgeon in the State. Dr. Sanjorizan. Everything when smooth and the staff was the very best. Since trying to set up a Dermatology follow up appt since June 2017, I have called more than 20 times, wrote two letters to my Congressman and emailed VA continuously since then. I finally received a call from VA two months ago and was able to finally get an appointment. That took 10 months. Today is my appointment, I had to take the day off cause of my commute, then I get the call that my appointment was cancelled. Seriously?? Now what? I might as well give up...10 months to get cancelled!! Way to go...I sure feel confident... read more
