Some of the nicest and friendly staff and volunteers....I am always asked if I need help finding where I am attempting to go. Most will actually escort me there. I detest the drive but am always rewarded by lovely people!

Respond to Vets. Can't get Appointments. Nobody calls you back. I called several times and was bounced around till I gave up that day. Called Back next day and after getting bounced around to people who remembered me was told I would be referred to "Mission Act". I was told the referral was done and I should hear quickly. Never heard back.

I wanted to take a second to thank the Seattle VA for the continued support and dedication to the mission of Veteran wellness. Were it not for the dedicated staff and consistent level of care my own healing journey would not have been possible. I greatly appreciate the concern about medicines and the willingness to help sort through the things many of us Veterans face on a daily basis. I am proud to be am American, and even more proud to be a former United States Soldier. Hooah! Deeds Above Words. Signal Pride.

I had a great job and was healthy in 2015. In 2016 I was diagnosed with a tumor in my head. I needed surgery, the VA performed the surgery. I lost my great job due to health reasons. The VA also based their billing for my surgery on my previous year's income, the income that went to zero the next year. Since then I was declared SSD 100% disabled. I get a small check every month. Much to my surprised the VA is garnishing my check and it has caused me to lose my home. I was barely getting by with my SSD check. So thanks VA, yo... read more

Been sitting in the ER for 4 hours an not one person has come by to ask what’s going on. This place is the worst.

It doesn't seem to matter which department we have appointments in the wait time is always minimal and often times we get into our appointments early. The scheduling staff is kind and friendly. Dental, Vision, Otolaryngology, every single set of these people have been wonderful to us these past few years. Thank you all for all you do.
