The Very first thing you must do is all these people you have calling us veterans back that they never and I mean never leave where they are calling from, a name, or an extension! I have never experienced this at any other VA, I have roughly 4 phone voicemails recorded and how completely unprofessional they sound. In a campus that has two locations and you have someone call you and say..."hello this is the VA, I tried calling and I'll call back later." This is not an exaggeration, I can play them for whomever.

The caring staff, especially in 2 West were wonderful. I am thankful for each one we got to know and why they chose the medical field. Really encouraging group of folks. From the wonderful caring people in Radiation Oncology, the E.R. docs & staff to the special Interventional Radiology department, I have a high respect & appreciation for each of them❣

Answer the phone. I have spent more than 4 hours of my day trying to contact billing. They have hung up on me multiple times or just forward me to another number that does not go anywhere. Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in my life so far. These are the kinds of people who could not care less about Veterans. I would give them a rating of negative stars if I could.
