Good attention to your med needs>
Travel section is no help! Called about travel pay for an appointment 11 days ago. Only thing I was told is sorry we are back logged. Use to be stand in line for 1 hour and get reimbursed, VA simplified the process and now you’re lucky if you get reimbursed 30 days latter... WTH, is anybody actually working there
It would be nice to have a place to get medical care as a Veteran that was supportive and understanding about mental illness issues caused by my service. In my experience this is not that place.
I'll say Seattle VA is the best Health Care System on the west coast for veterans.
Call vets instead of faking it. Send letters instead of faking it so you can clear a schedule. VA needs major overhaul. Like fire everyone and start over.
