Mission act isn’t working. I have been waiting months to see my local doctors ( I live in Sequim ). No one answers calls. I left 4 messages for the patient advocate and never got a call back. It’s no wonder so many get private doctors and have to pay. This is not the way you treat veterans.
The North Seattle VA Clinic, and especially RN Laura Anne Peterson and Dr Jamborcic, are THE most unprofessional office I've dealt with in the VA system, and I've been affiliated/connected to 9 major cities and their CBOCs. Laura, the RN, clearly doesn't wish to expend any energy at work. She needs to find a career where she wont negatively impact disabled veterans with her apathy. Dr Jamborcic is less than useless. He absolutely makes things worse, and is a direct barrier to care. Non-responsive, unprofessional, late to app... read more
They are one of the worst VA Health Care systems that I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to call you back and you never get a live person on the phone unless they want to call you.. I have been hospitalized for medical issues that were identified and reported numerous times to the VA and nothing was done until I spent 14 in the hospital being treated for it. Now I fight billing issues due to said treatment after notifying their 72 hotline. This place is a joke and they blame everything on COVID 19. Yea right
I have been coming here for the past 13 years since my Military retirement. They took care of me ever since in all of my healthcare needs, from major to minor care. I love the people here that dedicate themselves in service and caring for all the veterans. I have good experience in my primary care and other treatments, not to mention their constant technological improvements in aspects of medicine and modernize equipments.
I cannot express my gratitude towards everyone who helped make my surgery a success. From the surgeon to the doctors, nurses, and related staff. I was treated with the utmost care. Truly the best people on earth. Thanks to all!
I’m not a “sir,” and I don’t care to be referred to as “sir” by your pharmacy tech at the window when I’m picking up my meds. The tech made a scene and acted like an idiot. You are not a safe inclusive VA for female veterans!
This place is extremely dangerous and many vets are being killed. This va is very unsafe.
The staff and personnel at the facility was beyond great. The treatment of disabled veterans once home is another matter.
The VA doesn't care about health. They don't help the vets.
