I have called the orthopedic department for 3 days straight, all you get is the answering machine, they do not return your calls, I have an appointment on the 26th of this month and one for today, I have tried to cancel this one in a timely manner and reschedule for the 26th which makes more sense to drive from Bremerton to Seattle one time, than go 2 times in a week and a half, I have left messages and they do not return my calls. The Fed Way Clinic no longer has an MD on staff, They only do blood draws in the morning, The checkin desk needs help, The Security staff spends most of the time watching TV. The Kiosk to check in was out of service and preciously was not used by the staff to log check ins. It is difficult to get someone to answer the telephone due to lack of staff.
Sitting in the waiting area for the ER, and the receptionist answering the phone is CRAZY! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and frustrated at the same time for the caller! EOD Grace is answering the phone using the SPEAKERPHONE!!! WTF! We can hear everything that the caller is saying and her response as well. When did this become okay to have public conversations about Protected Health Information. This is not okay, tried to call to alert someone to this issue and guess who answered the phone? EOD Grace!!! SMH!!!! ���
Never once have I been seen on time. They care more about metrics than patients. Take today for example. 6 weeks ago I had an appointment with my gastro Doc. We came up with a plan to switch around my meds. Today I get here at 8 am expecting to pick up my meds go to the shot clinic and leave. My meds were never ordered. It’s now 10 o’clock and they are still trying to figure out how to fix the situation. I expect nothing but the worst from this VA every time I come here.
