I tried twice to call the Patient Advocate this afternoon in Seattle. No answer, and voicemail box is full, so unable to leave a message. I really want to give kudos to Laura Reich, the technician working in the PET/CT scan trailer next to Building 33. She went far above and beyond today in making sure my scan would happen without incident. Would like to know how to contact the Patient Advocate by email if phone isn't a good option.
This place is great, never have had any issues, docs. and staff are very courteous, listen to you and help in any way possible. Really glad the parking garage is there, makes finding parking so much easier! I am truly blessed to have the VA as a benefit, my diabetes would be out of control without it!
Going thing that I have against puget sound health care Was supposed to leave at 9 o'clock to catch my plane didn't come till 930 luckily the plane was canceled so I had to call the person to tell him to come and a different time to pick me up travel did not Call the cabalists to take me to the airport I had electric wheelchair and luckily effect now yellow cab it was too late to catch the 11 o'clock plane but it was cancel then you get improve on that if you supposed to be here at 9 o'clock to pick you up they should be the... read more
Without exception, every person we have dealt with is wonderful. Kim's primary care physician, Dr. Han, is great. We have dealt with pulmonary, cardiology, oncology, podiatry, vision and audiology. Every one has provided great treatment. Each one has taken all the time required to get to know us and to answer all our questions. Great doctors, great caregiving.
